Chulo Mallorca SL, responsible for this website (hereinafter the "CONTROLLER"),
makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in
Spanish Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and
Electronic Commerce (LSSICE, BOE No. 166), and to inform all users of the
website of the terms of use.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user and undertakes
to observe and comply diligently with the provisions set out herein, as well as any
other legal provisions that may be applicable.

Chulo Mallorca SL reserves the right to modify any information appearing on the website
without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users;
publication on the Chulo Mallorca SL website shall be deemed sufficient.

is used under an express licence or authorisation from the respective authors. All
website content is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations
and registered in the corresponding public registers.

Regardless of the intended purpose, any total or partial
reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and marketing requires, in all cases, prior
written authorisation from the CONTROLLER. Any use not previously authorised shall be deemed
as a serious infringement of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights.

Designs, logos, texts and/or graphics that do not belong to the CONTROLLER and may appear on the
website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any disputes relating to them. The CONTROLLER expressly authorises third parties to link directly to specific content on the website, but in all cases to the main website www.chulo-mallorca.com.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle,

of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make access to
the website impossible.

IP addresses

The website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a server activity log file, which allows subsequent processing of the data in order to obtain purely statistical measurements—for example, the number of page views, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.

4. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes or issues related to this website or the
activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly
submit. For the resolution of any conflicts arising from or related to its use, the courts of the USER's place of residence or the place of performance of the obligation shall have jurisdiction.
